Jacqueline Yu

Jacqueline Yu’s practice focuses primarily on advising high net worth individuals and their families with regard to domestic and international estate and tax planning and business succession planning; forming, advising and dissolving closely-held businesses; and probate and post-death trust administration. She advises high net worth families in connection with the creation of estate planning structures to minimize transfer taxes and to establish guidelines to achieve the family’s objectives, including minimizing family conflict, reflecting the family’s values in education and financial responsibility, establishing charitable legacies, preserving family wealth, and transferring the family business. Jacqueline also advises fiduciaries on probate and post-death trust administrations and provides United States transfer tax planning for multinational families.
